What Success Looks Like Salespeople feel confident, capable, and sharp on the phones New starters ramp faster and hit KPI sooner Leaders see uplift in conversion, quality conversations, and consistency Learning sessions are high engagement, practical, and performance-driven What you’ll be doing You’ll be the engine behind sales capability — building confidence, sharpening skills, and lifting performance through best-in-class learning and development. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering high-impact sales training to new starters and existing sales teams Facilitating sessions face-to-face with energy, structure, and commercial relevance Supporting sales leaders with coaching frameworks, reinforcement, and performance uplift Designing learning resources and bite-sized content that sticks (not “tick-the-box” training) Running roleplays, call coaching, objection handling sessions, and skills workshops Measuring effectiveness and improving programs using data, feedback, and outcomes What we’re looking for This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to influence behaviour change. Proven experience in sales training / L&D (ideally within Inside Sales, contact centre or high-volume outbound) Strong facilitation skills — you can hold a room and drive outcomes A coaching mindset with the ability to challenge, uplift and motivate Confidence running roleplays, call reviews, and performance coaching The ability to create practical learning tools and programs A commercial, high-accountability approach to learning and development Experience working with KPIs, sales metrics and performance improvement What’s in it for you?
